General Questions

  • What is Boxney

    Boxney is a premium subscription box service sending the love and magic of Disney World directly to you every month. We shop the Disney parks for the best snacks and gifts. We provide and send items that you typically can only receive within the actual park or on Disney property, such as our Goodie Boxes. It's easy to subscribe and we also offer single box purchases of our most popular boxes and limited edition boxes throughout the year. Boxney is our love of subscription boxes and everything Disney, thus combining the two into one - "Boxney".

  • How does the Boxney subscription service work

    Every month we curate items and snacks directly from the Disney parks into a designated box and ship directly to you. Every month, your subscription will be renewed automatically, and you will receive a different curated box of items or snacks. Each month we review your previous orders and make sure we mix items so you can enjoy a new surprise every month. You may cancel at anytime.

  • Are you affiliated with Disney

    Boxney is not affiliated with, maintained by, or in any way officially connected with the Walt Disney Company or any of its business units.

  • Are the items actually from Disney

    Absolutely! Each item we curate comes directly from the Disney parks in Orlando, Florida including the Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Disney EPCOT, Hollywood Studios and Disney Springs area.

  • How can I receive a free box to review on my blog / YouTube Channel

    We would love to have our boxes reviewed by talented bloggers and YouTubers. You can contact us directly at hello@boxney.com and forward us your review website, social media links and/or YouTube Channel. We are limited on the number of boxes we send out for reviews each month and have many requests, but we encourage you to stay in contact with us. Please review our Reviews/Unboxing page for additional details.

  • Are you releasing new boxes any time soon

    Yes! We always have something special lined up. We have many Limited Edition boxes scheduled to be released throughout the year. Check back often for updates and new boxes that are perfect for any Disney addict or sign up for our newsletter to be notified when new box themes are released.

  • Can I pick whats included in my box

    We want every box to be a surprise. We currently do not offer customization of the items your receive in each box. If you have concerns about any of the items in general, please contact us at hello@boxney.com. Keep checking back or sign up for our newsletter since we do occasionally offer personal shopping packages for limited times throughout the year - such as providing exclusive Christmas items directly from Disney World.

  • How many items will i receive

    Each box will vary. The pricing of each item varies also and this is reflected in total of the items received, but we will always maximize each box accordingly. The pricing of each box reflects the cost of the items, associated taxes, time to shop for items, subscription fees, credit card fees and various supplies. Disney items overall are premium priced products and we guarantee each item comes directly from the parks - no substitutions.

  • Can I exchange an item or get a refund

    We curate every box specifically for you, so every month you are typically receiving different and unique items. We do not allow any exchanges or refunds for our merchandise boxes. For our Goodie Boxes / food items, we do not offer any exchanges or refunds. All sales are final. If you have any questions, please contact us directly at hello@boxney.com.

  • Are the items actually from Disney World parks

    Yes! Each item we curate comes directly from the Disney parks in Orlando, Florida including the Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Disney EPCOT, Hollywood Studios and Disney Springs area. We guarantee each item you receive is an authentic Disney item which actually resided on the shelf at a Disney park and/or the Disney Springs shopping area.

  • Is shipping included in purchase of a box

    Shipping will vary depending on your specific location and the weight of the box in total. Items vary in weight at times and we only charge the exact shipping costs for your order. View our additional shipping questions.

  • What are Limited Boxes

    On occasion, we will offer specially-themed boxes. Perhaps an assortment of items from a country such as France, Japan, Mexico, Italy, etc. from Epcot’s World Showcase. Other limited boxes encompass holidays such Christmas with its seasonal goodies. Special Disney events such as Epcot’s Flower and Garden Festival and International Food and Wine Festival also call for boxes celebrating unique, once-a-year merchandise.   • Can I send a box as a gift to someone

    Yes! On the Checkout page, simply check the box which indicates that your purchase is a gift. Supply us with the lucky recipients shipping address in the indicated section. Viola! You have just made someone very, very happy. You will also have the option to send a special gift message to the recipient which will be included in their box. Within your Boxney account, you have the options to add multiple shipping addresses for easy gift giving throughout the year.

Shipping

  • Do you ship internationally

    We love our international Disney fans! Unfortunately at this time, we ship only within the continental United States. Stay tuned as we will be looking into world-wide shipping.

  • How is shipping calculated

    Shipping costs will depend upon the weight of the box and the location to which the box is shipped.

  • When does my box ship out

    Boxes ship out mid-month, typically on the 15th. Depending on the weekend and any holidays, the shipping date may be different. The most recent tracking number is displayed on your account page. The tracking number is clickable and will open up a new window displaying your box tracking information once it becomes active.

  • Do you deliver to Disney resorts or Orlando hotels

    Currently, we do not deliver to resorts or hotels. However, we are looking forward to providing this service in the future, so please check back!

  • My box was received damaged

    In the event that the contents of your box were damaged, please contact us immediately. Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please note that any replacement box or item will need to be sent out on the next month’s shipment schedule.

  • Where's my box (Domestic)

    The most recent tracking number is displayed on your account page. The tracking number is clickable and will open up a new window displaying your box tracking information once it becomes active. You can view the exact arrive date for your item. If you have any questions regarding your shipment, please contact us directly at hello@boxney.com.

  • When is the last day I can change my shipping address

    The cut off time to edit any shipping details for your current order is on the 10th of each month. Our boxes are scheduled to ship out mid-month, but are prepared prior to shipping.

  • I got an email stating my address is invalid

    We verify your address with USPS verification. Please double check your entry, spelling and zip code.

Subscriptions

  • How do I sign up for a subscription

    Subscribing to any of our boxes is easy. Simply click the subscribe button under your box choice. This will then take you to your checkout page. Enter your billing information, shipping details and email/password associated with your new Boxney account. That's it! Your order will be processed and your Boxney account created. You can then login at anytime to track your shipments, adjust shipping address or assigned credit cards.

  • Can I purchase just one box without a subscription

    Certainly! Select the 'One-Time Purchase' link below your box selection. It will be added to your shopping cart as a one-time only purchase. Proceed to checkout as normal.

  • Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription

    Yes. You are able to upgrade your current box selection within your Account area. Log into your Account and review your subscriptions. This is also where you can click on the 'edit' button to make any account changes.

  • When am I charged each month for my subscription renewal

    Cut off for subscription renewals is the 1st of each month. We process payments over the course of the next 48 hours after the 1st and start to prepare your box. If needing to make adjustments to your account billing, please make note of this renewal date.

  • How do I cancel my subscription

    Log into your Boxney Account. Click 'Edit' under your account information. Modify the terms and/or variants, or cancel your subscription. Then click 'change'.

  • How do I reactivate my canceled subscription

    Log into your Boxney Account. You will then see your canceled subscription under your account information, with a new option to 'Reactivate'. Clicking this button will take you to the page where you can edit your subscription. Your current options will be the defaults. After selecting to Reactivate with the set variants, you will then get a confirmation page, where you will be able to see the pricing, and you will have to confirm again.Once confirmed, you will then be taken back to your main account page, where you will see that your subscription has been successfully reactivated.

  • How can I skip a month

    Log into your Boxney Account. Under your account information area, click 'Edit'. On the next page you will have the option to 'Skip Next Renewal'. This will adjust your renewal date to the next renewal time and you will not be receiving the skipped months box.
